Los Arqueros Beach in San Pedro de Alcantara was built by Taylor Wimpey Espana and completed back in 2015. It is one of the latest developments to be constructed in the area, although directly opposite Taylor Wimpey and now building another complex of similar style properties.

Many of the apartments at Los Arqueros Beach sold off-plan very quickly as there had not been many new modern properties built in the area since Aqua, which runs adjacent to Los Arqueros Beach.

The apartments mainly comprise of 2 and 3 bedrooms and are a contemporary modern design with semi open-plan kitchens. Being modern, space is always at a premium so they are not very spacious, but more than adequate as holiday homes or more permanent living.

Most of the apartments have terraces large enough for table and chairs and sun loungers, with the penthouses having solariums with plenty of private sunbathing areas.

Views from the apartments are mainly east or west, the west with full or partial views of the pool. There are some that are south facing and from the higher ones you will have partial sea views.

They are ideally situated on the Nueva Alcantara side of San Pedro just 5 minutes from both the town centre in one direction and the beach in the other. An array of shops and restaurants are on the doorstep of Los Arqueros Beach so the need for a car is minimal.

Because of all the positive elements mentioned above, both sales and rentals are always in very high demand within this development. It does mean however, that any listed usually sell very quickly. Because of location they are an ideal second home or an investment to rent out for long-term or holiday rental income.

Generally the standard of the overall community and apartments is good and the main swimming pool is more than sufficient to cater for all the residents.
